About

I was born in New Zealand and moved to the Fiji Islands when I was six. This coincided with boarding school in Australia and afterwards a permanent move to London.
As a child and teenager I had serious health challenges due to the over prescription of antibiotics which set me on a lifelong quest to studying nutrition, holistic healing, health and wellness.
I did a Masters Degree in Documentary at Goldsmiths University in 2009. I have always loved human interest stories and documentary cinema.
